The easiest choc biscuits!


Ingredients:

250g butter, softened

140g caster sugar

1 egg yolk

2tsp vanilla/caramel essence

300g cake flour

Method:

Mix caster sugar & butter together in a large bowl with a wooden spoon, add yolk & essence and combine. Sift over flour and stir well.

Break off pieces and roll into small balls of dough - place on greased baking tray and flatten with a fork, sprinkle with caster suger if desired.

Bake @ 180* for about +-20 mins...and Voilà!
