Hello July! We are already half way through 2018! I cannot believe how quickly this year has gone.. It has been an amazing year thus far and im sure it's only going to get better.
We've had a few rough moments too, Harper started a day school in Jan and has been getting super sick almost every week, her little body is still struggling to adjust to being at school and being exposed to so many new things, but we're praying that we will start seeing an improvement in her health soon. We have been to the GP too many times to count and to the Pediatrician and ENT which costs a pretty penny! Might have to take her to an allergy specialist too as the ENT suspects an allergy so going to probably have to do some allergy tests.
Other than that we have been really good.
We started off our travelling for the year at the most amazing boat house in the West Coast National Park - The Nirvana Luxury House Boat! We cannot even begin to explain how amazing this stay was!
We also headed off to Dunstone Estate in Wellington for a relaxing weekend break which was really lovely. The Wellington area is really beautiful and serene. The manor house that we stayed in was really luxurious!
More recently we also visited the amazing seaside town of Franskraal in the Overberg region! One of my favourite areas in SA. We enjoyed a fun breakaway with the family at Rots En See!
Allan and I are working on our own little start-up. We are super duper excited and cannot wait to launch... watch this space!!
We haven't moved as yet, still working on a few things so we'll see how, when and where at some point I guess.
We have been married for 6 months now! YAY! I have heard so many people say that everything changes after marriage but i feel so content, more so now that Allan and I are husband and wife. He makes my heart so happy!
And my Harpie is a real flipping character, 4 going on 14. I cannot believe this kids attitude and she is sooooo clever with her mouth, i sometimes just sit there in shock. She is really testing boundaries at the moment and I think so far we have been handling it well, so let's see how it goes.
All in all, we are so blessed and so so happy right now, i could not ask for more.
